The washers are low-wear and have an up to 30% longer service life compared to some comparable spare parts.

 

All variants: Allround, RAC and EC-offroad discs, consist of extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel.

 

The precise surface grinding (thickness deviation of 2 / 100mm) avoids vibrations and improves the adaptation of the linings.

 

A uniform temperature rise and fall allows for a constant pressure point.

 

The floating brake discs have titanium-anodised aluminum rings machined from aluminum.

Floating discs do not rattle, because the high-quality stainless steel floaters are held in tension with corrugated discs.

 

A new special alloy prevents excessive corrosion.

Laser technology allows a light construction with fine contours.

 

Each brake disc can be individually driven with brake linings from the TRW-Lucas range.
